The following items can’t be returned or exchanged: earrings, custom and personalized orders or items on sale. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrived damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for custom or personalized orders or items on sale.

 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any shipping costs associated with exchanged items. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Ensuring you have a positive experience purchasing my artwork is a top priority for me. I’ve tried to make the process of purchasing artwork online as seamless as possible. I frequently hear that my paintings look better in real life than in a photograph because the texture of the black lines really stands out. So, if you like an image online, I think you will like it even better in person.

Custom Orders

Due to the nature of custom projects, I’m unable to offer a full money back guarantee on these items. However, I have developed a process where your approval is required every step of the way and your feedback is welcome and encouraged. When we work together to create a custom piece I provide pencil sketch proofs, colour listings and an image of your finished work before I ship it out. All these steps are to safeguard against surprises.
