What To Expect - 2024 Print Release
September 27-29. It will start at 8:00AM MST on the 27th and end at 11:59PM MST on the 29th. Once it’s over the prints will no longer be available.
Important Information
Print Sizing Options
- Size options: Huge - 24" x 24" | Large - 20" x 20" | Medium - 16" x 16"
- Paper print sizes are from edge of paper to edge of paper.
- There is a one-inch white border around the image that is included in the size. The numbering and signature will be on the white border.
Before You Check Out
- Please make sure you have chosen the correct image, size and quantity.
- Prints will be available in various sizes so please make sure you are selecting the correct size.
- Due to the process of prints being made to order, all sales are final.
After The Order
- You will receive an email ORDER CONFIRMATION showing your address and the prints you ordered.
- Please make sure everything is correct.
- If you did not receive confirmation, then you did not input the correct email address when you checked out. Contact kathy@kathylycka.com for corrections.
Timeline
- Prints will ship from the time the sale ends through October.
- Prints will ship in the order that they are printed and processed, not necessarily in the order that they were placed.
- Shipping times may exceed past October if there is an exceedingly high volume of orders.
Address Changes
- If your shipping address changes or you will be traveling during the process, you can contact me at kathy@kathylycka.com to change your address or provide dates that you will be away.
- You can also update the address to a friend or family member that will be available.
Shipping Methods
- All prints are shipped rolled in tubes.
- They will be shipped by a courier in Canada (not Canada Post) or USPS through Chit Chats if shipping to the United States
- If you have any issue with one of these carriers please contact us with your order information to confirm which carrier delivers to your address.
Quality Assurance and Packaging Process
- We take great pride in ensuring that every print you purchase undergoes a rigorous quality control process and is carefully packed to reach you in pristine condition.
- Even if your package arrives with a damaged tube, we kindly ask that you still accept the delivery. Please make sure to fully unpack and unroll your order to inspect it thoroughly.
- If you do discover any damage, please take photos of the affected areas and send them to us at Kathy@KathyLycka.com. As all claims must be initiated by the shipper, we request that you contact us first so we can resolve any issues promptly.
