Paintings

The protection of your framed painting is also a high priority for me. I take a great deal of care in packaging the artwork when shipping – bubble wrap and filler, all neatly packed into a sturdy box.

Prints and Greeting Cards

I take great care in packaging each print or art card before shipping to ensure a safe and secure delivery to your front door. Smaller prints and cards are placed inside of a water-resistant cello sleeve and a cardboard backing is included so it won’t bend during transit. Large prints are rolled in a sturdy mailing tube. Both methods ensure the pieces are protected during their journey.

Glass Ornaments and Jewelry

All glass items are placed inside of a water-resistant cello sleeve shipped and then shipped in a bubble wrap envelope.

Damages During Shipping

It’s very rare but in the event, your order does experience any damage during transit contact me at kathylycka@gmail.com. Please include a description and photo of the damage within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to keep all the packaging material intact; I might require you to ship the artwork back so that I can either repair or replace the item.
